She has been Alexandra's coach for the last year and a half and if anybody cares about the well being of 11-13 year old girls, this would be that person!

What a great post Sandra. I love that quote!! So true. It's so nice to see someone saying "Thank You" instead of "not good enough". Coaches put in more time, energy and heart than most people realize and it's so nice to see your greatfulness. :)
